TOWN OF TEMPLETON

TAX CLASSIFICATION HEARING

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40 Sec 56, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, on the issue of allocating the local property tax levy among the classes of real property as follows:  residential, open space, commercial, industrial, and personal property, for the fiscal year 2022.

Public comment and questions may be submitted in person during the hearing. If you are not able to attend or wish to submit comments or questions in advance of the hearing, you may do so in writing via email or first class mail to be received on or before 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing-October 27, 2021, to Adam Lamontagne, Town Administrator, P.O. Box 620, East Templeton, MA  01438, Alamontagne@templetonma.gov
