Senior Work-Off Applications Open 04/01/2024
Senior Work-Off Applications will open on Monday, April 1st, 2024. Applications are available for pick up from the Assessors' Office, Room #4, at Town Hall. Eligible residents are those who are 60 years of age or older and who own & occupy their homes. There are limited jobs available this year, and placements are made on a first to apply, first to be placed basis. If you have any questions about eligibility or the program, please contact or visit our office and we will review everything with you.
FY'2024 Exemption Period ENDS 04/01/2024
The period to apply for a personal exemption from real estate taxes ENDS Monday, April 1st, 2024. You must apply by the close of business on Monday. If you have questions about eligibility, or if you don't remember if you've received an exemption this fiscal year, please contact or visit our office.
If you are looking to file a Motor Vehicle Abatement, you are required to provide us documentation of what was done with the vehicle and documentation of what was done with your plates. Along with a motor vehicle abatement application. This can be downloaded by the available form provided on this webpage. Please use the Town Hall Drop Box, mail or email to return your paperwork back to us.
If you are looking for property record cards with complete details, please contact the office and we can send them out to you. Our online mapping site doesn't show a complete record card with pictures or sketches.
