The Town of Templeton is offering its soon to be decommissioned and historic Baldwinville Elementary School building for sale. This 1923 building contains 23,527 s.f. on three levels and is located at 16 School Street in Templeton which consists of .9+/- acres.
The offering packet is available at https://www.templetonma.gov/ by clicking on the tab entitled Paid, Volunteer and Contract opportunities. All proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on March 11, 2019 in the Office of the SelectBoard, 160 Patriots Road, Room 6, P O Box 620, Templeton, MA 01438.
