Letter Regarding School & Town Funding to Governor Baker, Senator Gobi & Representative Whipps

School

At the Boards' meeting of July 10, Selectman Bennett suggested that the Board consider requesting the Town Administrator craft a letter regarding the State funding for Schools that could be on the table at the Special Town Meeting for residents to sign that would be sent to the governor, senator or representative. Chairman Currie offered to draft that letter with Carter’s input. It was suggested to have the letters completed by residents then the office can assemble packages and mail them.

That letter is available here to type in your information and either sign electronically or print and sign. Letters can then be emailed here by Monday, July 22, 2019, at 9 a.m., brought to the Special Town Meeting on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at 7 p.m. and put in the box provided, or mailed directly to the addresses on the letter.

Letters will also be available at the Special Town Meeting for people to fill in and sign. The Selectmen's Office will assemble all letters we have received and get those mailed out early the week of July 22nd.
