MPZ Development LLC (MPZ) and Capstone Communities LLC (Capstone) have filed their Project Eligibility Application (PEL) for the redevelopment of the former Baldwinville Elementary School with the MA Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). This is the first step in the Comprehensive Permit rezoning process to convert the school into 54 mixed-income apartments.
