Halloween Festivities will still be held on Thursday 10/31 as planned from 5pm-7pm. We understand the concern, and that other towns are postponing their festivities due to safety concerns, however, the Police Chief is our Public Safety Officer and he feels that there is not a safety concern with the expected weather. As always please obey all traffic laws, and be vigilant when driving, and walking, to ensure the safety of all parties taking part in the Halloween festivities. The Horribles Parade will begin to line up at 4:50PM and begin at the Police Department at 5PM, with and proceed to the Fire station in Templeton Center.
