Building Fee Schedule

Fees for all RESIDENTIAL building projects are $10 per $1000 of reasonable construction cost, with a minimum of $50.

Fees for all COMMERCIAL building projects are $12 per $1000 of reasonable construction cost, with a minimum of $100.

Electrical Fee Schedule

Fees for RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL electrical projects will be $100 per inspection, based on normal, expected required number of inspections, with a minimum of $100.

Repeat inspections will be an additional $100, each time.

Plumbing and Gas Fee Schedule


Fees for RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL plumbing and gas projects will be $100 per inspection, based on normal, expected required number of inspections, with a minimum of $100.

Repeat inspections will be an additional $100, each time.


PERFORMING WORK WITHOUT AN APPROVED PERMIT WILL RESULT IN DOUBLE THE NORMAL FEE.

All permits will expire 1 year from date of issue, unless an extension is requested, prior.
