Annual Town Meeting Warrant Open to Citizens Petitions

Although the Warrant is 'open' year round, the Board officially voted at their meeting on February 9, 2022, to open the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting to Citizens Petitions; and for the Warrant to close to Citizens Petitions on Monday, March 7, 2022, at 4:00 p.m.

Annual Town Meeting is being held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Narragansett Regional Auditorium.

Citizen petitions (click to download form) may be emailed by clicking here; hand delivered to the Town Administrator's Office; dropped off in the blue drop box at Town Hall in an envelope with 'Town Administrator's Office' marked on it; or mailed to: Town Administrator's Office, P.O. Box 620, East Templeton, MA  01438.  If you mail or put in the drop box, please include your email address and telephone number so we may contact you to confirm receipt of your petition. Citizens Petitions must be received in the Select Board office on or before Monday, March 7, 2022, at 4:00 p.m.

All petitions received will be time stamped and hand-delivered to the Town Clerk to be certified.
