Codification Draft

The Town of Templeton, after two years of effort, has a final draft of the proposed codified Town by-laws. The codification process has not been a simple task. There has been a lot of research and effort that has gone into this project. The codification has been able to address the conflicts and inconsistencies that we had in our by-laws, along with correcting the duplications and bringing the Town in compliance with statutory requirements.

The entire codification draft is available for your review on the Town’s website at https://www.templetonma.gov/, click on Departments, click on Town Clerk and then click on “Codification Draft” link. We are hoping that this will give residents an opportunity to review the draft and attend the public meeting to discuss any thought or concerns.
