Information for Baldwinville School Apartments Project

The Open House at the site of what we hope to be the future Baldwinville School Apartments, was a great success. MPZ Development LLC and Capstone Communities LLC have joined together to revitalize the former Baldwinville School into a mixed-income multi-family housing complex. Both companies joined forces at the Open House and gave tours of the facility and followed with a short presentation introduced by State and Town Officials. There was a question and answer period at the end of the presentation with many great questions from the many community members that attended.
