In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Chapter 166 of the Massachusetts General Laws, you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Selectmen via Zoom online conference, on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits, on the petition of Templeton Municipal Light to install one 35’ utility pole on Phillipston Road.
This is necessary to provide electricity and possibly telephone and cable TV service to a new home to be built on Lot 3. This pole will also break up a 240’ span which is not ideal.
