NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Community Outreach Meeting for a proposed Marijuanna Establishment

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Templeton will hold a virtual Community Outreach Meeting for a proposed Marijuana Establishment on  09/01/2020 at 6:30 p.m. live streamed via YouTube’s TCTV Channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRZHdlP_DS1-6TV6BmzlL_A). Notice was published in The Gardner News on August 18, 2020, for each proposed establishment along with printed notices sent to abutters by Sugar Grove, LLC; and Empress & Bandit Greenery, LLC.  

The proposed Marijuana Cultivation Facility and Manufacturing Facility are anticipated to be located at 642 & 0 Patriots Road, Templeton, MA (Lots 3-09-62.1 & 3-09-48.3).

Public comment and questions may be submitted during the course of the hearing by means of the YouTube chat feature. If you are not able to attend or wish to submit comments, requests for accommodations for hearing impairment, or questions in advance of the hearing you may do so in writing via email or first class mail to be received on or before the close of business (4:30 p.m.) on the day of the hearing-09/01/2020 to Carter Terenzini, Town Administrator, P.O.
