A Public Meeting will be held on December 2, 2020, at 5:00 p.m live streamed via YouTube’s TCTV Channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRZHdlP_DS1-6TV6BmzlL_A) with a presentation regarding a proposed Marijuana Cultivation Facility that is anticipated to be located at 642 & 0 Patriots Road, Templeton, MA

Notices were mailed to abutters and the following notice was published in The Garner News on  November 14, 2020:

LEGAL NOTICE OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Templeton will hold a virtual Community Outreach Meeting for a proposed Marijuana Establishment on  12/02/2020 at 5:00 p.m. live streamed via YouTube’s TCTV Channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRZHdlP_DS1-6TV6BmzlL_A).

The proposed Marijuana Cultivation Facility is anticipated to be located at 642 & 0 Patriots Road, Templeton, MA (Lots 3-09-62.1 and 3-09-48.3).

Public comment and questions may be submitted during the course of the hearing by means of the YouTube chat feature. If you are not able to attend or wish to submit comments, requests for accommodations for hearing impairment, or questions in advance of the hearing you may do so in writing via email or first class mail to be received on or before the close of business (4:30 p.m.) on the day of the hearing-12/02/2020 to Adam Lamontagne, Town Administrator, P.O. Box 620, East Templeton, MA  01438, alamontagne@templetonma.gov.

The presentation will be made available at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The live streamed presentation with closed captioning will also be posted to YouTube following the presentation.
