Notice of Public Hearing

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE:

At the request of Tom Berry, Light Superintendent, the Select Board, at its' meeting of Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits, will hold a Public Hearing for permission to be granted to Templeton Municipal Light to move TMLP/VZ pole #2/2 Mill St. and anchor approximately 30’ closer to Central St. at the location as shown on the attached map/drawing. Notices were mailed on this date, January 24, 2023, to all of the abutters on the list for 9 Mill Street obtained from the Assessor's Office.

Moving this pole is necessary to make a straight line to Pole 1 State Rd. and allow removal of unnecessary poles in the parking lot of Lee’s Hot Dog Stand.
