Although the Warrant is open year round, the Board officially voted at their meeting on February 10, 2021, to open the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting to Citizens Petitions; and for the Warrant to close to Citizens Petitions on Monday, March 8, 2021, at 4 p.m. Annual Town Meeting is on May 12, 2021 at 6 p.m.
As the Town Hall is still closed to the public, citizen petitions (click to download form) may be emailed by clicking here, dropped off in the blue drop box at Town Hall in an envelope with 'Town Administrator's Office' marked on it, or mailed to: Town Administrator's Office, P.O. Box 620, East Templeton, MA 01438. Please include your email address and telephone number so we may contact you to confirm receipt of your petition.
All petitions received will be time stamped and hand-delivered to the Town Clerk to be certified.
Citizens Petitions must be received in the Select Board office on or before Monday, March 8, 2021, at 4 p.m.
