3:30pm Gazebo Templeton Center 

Parade line up 3:40pm at Templeton Elementary School parking lot Wellington Rd 

 the Parade kicks off  4pm  on Wellington Rd. loops onto South Rd. crosses Dudly Rd to the Gazebo in the Center
